Skye Records is a small independent record label
and recording studio based on the Isle Of Skye, Scotland. It all started in 2003 when the
Peatbog Faeries rented a house in Roag on the Isle Of Skye to record their 3rd release 'Welcome
To Dunvegas'...
After deciding to make a go of it on Skye, a further 3 PBF albums were
made there, a variety of local projects, and many recordings that are available here.
The
business began as ‘Phat Controller Productions’
Always intended as a small independent
label, Skye Records is still based in Skye and producing new music.
